BrighterHome Cleaning provides luxury home cleaning in Carlton Woods, The Woodlands’ gated estate community. Carlton Woods began in the late 1990s as the most exclusive enclave in The Woodlands, with a 24-hour manned gate, custom estate homes and The Club at Carlton Woods.
It has two sections. The original Carlton Woods, in the Village of Sterling Ridge (ZIP 77382, Montgomery County), is built around a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course that opened in 2001. Carlton Woods Creekside, in the Village of Creekside Park (ZIP 77389, Harris County), surrounds a Tom Fazio-designed course that opened in 2005. Homes in both sections are large, custom-built and finished with materials that need more care than a standard checklist allows. We approach every Carlton Woods home with a plan agreed in advance.
Caring for luxury finishes
Estate homes need the right product on the right surface, every time. Carlton Woods homes often feature natural stone, hardwood, custom millwork and specialty fixtures, and the wrong cleaner can etch, dull or scratch them.
- Marble, travertine and limestone: pH-neutral cleaners only, never acidic or abrasive products
- Hardwood floors: damp-mopped with a wood-safe cleaner, never soaked
- Custom cabinetry and millwork: soft cloths and gentle cleaners on fronts, trim and built-ins
- Glass, mirrors and polished fixtures: buffed streak-free with microfiber
- Your preferred products: if your stone fabricator or designer recommends a specific product, leave it out and we will use it

Pricing for Carlton Woods estates
Our flat rates are based on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Homes of 4,500 sq ft and up add a flat $100 to the standard rate, and recurring plans save 20% weekly, 15% bi-weekly or 10% monthly. Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, blinds detail and interior windows run $25–45 each.
