BrighterHome Cleaning is based just north in The Woodlands, so Spring is a short drive for us, usually 15 to 25 minutes depending on whether we take I-45, the Hardy Toll Road or Kuykendahl. We clean single-family homes, townhomes and apartments across Spring’s main ZIP codes: 77373, 77379, 77386, 77388 and 77389.

Spring isn’t a city in its own right. It’s a large unincorporated area that covers most of north Harris County and crosses Spring Creek into southern Montgomery County. That means the housing varies a lot. Around Old Town Spring and the I-45 corridor you’ll find homes built from the 1970s through the 2000s. West of I-45, the Klein and Champion Forest areas have mature trees and golf-course neighborhoods. Further north and west are newer master-planned communities like Gleannloch Farms and Augusta Pines. East of I-45 along Riley Fuzzel Road, Harmony is still adding homes. We plan each visit around the house you actually live in, not a generic checklist.

Cleaning older Spring homes vs. new construction

Older homes and new builds need different things. Homes near Old Town Spring and in 77373 often have textured ceilings, original wood trim and tile grout that has darkened over the years. For these, a deep cleaning first visit makes a real difference. We hand-wipe baseboards, door frames and switch plates, scrub grout lines, and degrease the range hood and cabinet fronts.

Newer homes in Harmony, Augusta Pines and the 77388/77389 builds come with different problems. Fine construction dust keeps settling out of HVAC vents for months after closing. Big windows show every streak, and open-plan kitchens with quartz counters and stainless appliances show every fingerprint. If you just closed on a new build, ask about post-construction cleaning (from $349) before your furniture arrives.

  • Typical 3-bed/2-bath standard clean: $209
  • Same home, first-time deep clean: $339
  • Homes over 2,500 sq ft: +$30, +$60 or +$100 by size

Recurring maid service for busy Spring families

Most Spring households settle on every-two-weeks cleaning, which saves 15%. A lot of families here commute down I-45 or the Hardy Toll Road, or west toward the Grand Parkway, and want to come home to clean floors and bathrooms without spending a Saturday on them. With recurring cleaning you get the same trained, background-checked team each visit. Weekly service saves 20% and monthly saves 10%.

Spring’s tree cover is lovely, but it brings in a lot of pollen and leaf litter, especially in neighborhoods along Spring Creek and the Spring Creek Greenway near Pundt Park. In spring, expect yellow dust on window sills, ceiling fans and patio doors. On recurring visits we dust fan blades and wipe sliding-door tracks so the buildup doesn’t get away from you. Our pollen season guide covers the rest.

Move-out cleaning for Spring rentals and resales

Spring has a large rental market, so move-out cleans are a big part of what we do here. There are plenty of apartments along the I-45 and FM 2920 corridors and many single-family rentals. Our move-out cleaning (from $239; a typical 3-bed/2-bath is $379) covers the inside of the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers, plus baseboards, blinds and the spots landlords look at first when deciding on a deposit. Realtors listing homes in Gleannloch Farms or Champion Forest can book a pre-listing clean using the same checklist. See our Texas move-out checklist for the full list.

Spring cleaning FAQ

Do you clean in both the Harris County and Montgomery County parts of Spring?

Yes. We serve Spring on both sides of Spring Creek, including 77373, 77379, 77388 and 77389 in Harris County and 77386 (Harmony and the Riley Fuzzel corridor) in Montgomery County. Pricing is the same everywhere.

How much does house cleaning cost in Spring, TX?

A standard clean starts at $129 for a 1-bedroom. A typical 3-bed/2-bath is $209. Homes over 2,500 sq ft add $30–$100, and recurring plans save 10–20%. You'll see the exact price before you book on our pricing page.

Can you clean a new build in Harmony or Augusta Pines before we move in?

Yes. For leftover drywall dust, stickers and paint specks, book post-construction cleaning (from $349). If the builder already did a rough clean, a move-in clean is usually enough.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many Spring clients leave a garage code or lockbox. Our employees are background-checked, insured and bonded, and you pay after the clean, once you've seen the results.
