Pricing & payment
Prices are flat rates based on the home details you provide. If the home is significantly larger or dirtier than described, we will discuss any adjustment before continuing. Cards are charged after service.
Cancellations
Please give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a $50 fee.
Re-clean guarantee
Report any missed item on our checklist within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no charge.
Exclusions
We do not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above the first floor, or items over 40 lb.
Damage
We are insured. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can make it right.
