A one-bedroom starts at $239 and a 3-bed\/2-bath is $379.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Size:<\/strong> homes over 2,500 sq ft add $30, $60 or $100 depending on square footage. Many Woodlands two-story homes fall in the larger tiers.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Vacant vs. furnished:<\/strong> empty homes include inside cabinets and appliances.
